3 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it’s ready when you are!
2. Mix the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine:

Shredded chicken

Cream of chicken soup

Cream of mushroom soup

Sour cream
-
Mayonnaise
-
Garlic powder
-
Onion powder
-
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Mix everything until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the Noodles (and Tomatoes, Optional!)

Gently fold in the cooked and drained egg noodles.

If you’re using diced tomatoes, add them now.

Stir just until combined—don’t overmix to keep the noodles intact.
4. Assemble the Casserole

Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
5. Add the Crunchy Topping

In a small bowl, combine crushed cornflakes with melted butter.
