1. Brown the Beef & Vegetables

2. Prepare the Creamy Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth and combined.

3. Layer the Casserole

  • Place half of the diced potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
