- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix
- 1 ½ cups water
- Ice
Instructions
1. Make the Whipped Pink Lemonade Cream:
- In a mixing bowl, whip together ¼ cup pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream on high speed until thickened and stiff peaks begin to form.
2. Prepare the Lemonade Base:
- Set out two glasses. Add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each glass.
- Pour ¾ cup water into each glass and stir to mix well.
- Fill each glass about 2/3 full with ice.
3. Assemble and Serve:
- Top each glass with a generous scoop of the pink lemonade whipped cream.
- Stir the cream into the lemonade before drinking for a smooth, creamy, and refreshing treat.
