Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place naan breads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. This creates a crispy base and prevents the bread from becoming soggy when topped with tzatziki.
- Assemble the Pizza: Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan bread, leaving a small border around the edges. Distribute the shredded chicken evenly over the sauce, followed by cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion slices, arranging them for even coverage.
- Add Seasoning & Cheese: Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over all the toppings. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to enhance the Mediterranean flavors throughout the pizza.
- Bake the Pizza: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the naan edges are crispy and golden, and the toppings are heated through. The cheese should be slightly melted but still maintain its shape.
