Description

A luxurious and creamy dip that combines all the beloved flavors of turtle cheesecake—rich cream cheese, sweet caramel, decadent chocolate, and crunchy pecans—in an easy-to-make, shareable form. Perfect for parties or special treats!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces block-style cream cheese, softened (2 8-ounce blocks)
  • 1⅔ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • 2 ounces pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base Ingredients – Place the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream in a stand mixer or large bowl. Beat on medium speed for three to five minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl occasionally to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated for a smooth, creamy texture.
  2. Transfer and Serve – Carefully spoon the creamy cheesecake mixture into your serving bowl, creating a smooth surface with the back of your spoon or a spatula.
  3. Add Decadent Toppings – Drizzle the chocolate syrup and caramel syrup over the top of the dip in a decorative pattern. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly across the surface. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips either on top or gently fold them into the dip for added texture and chocolate flavor.

Notes

  • Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, apple slices, strawberries, or pretzels for a delicious sweet and salty combination.
  • For best flavor, allow the cream cheese to fully soften at room temperature before mixing.
  • This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days. Just let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • For a holiday variation, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top or substituting the pecans with walnuts.
