- While the chicken is cooking, combine the low-fat cottage cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring the ranch dressing is evenly distributed throughout the cottage cheese for consistent flavor.

- Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the oven. In a separate pan over medium heat, warm the BBQ sauce slightly and add the cooked chicken. Toss and coat the chicken thoroughly with the sauce, allowing the flavors to meld together and the sauce to caramelize slightly.
