This Parmesan Crusted Chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and smothered in a rich, creamy garlic sauce. It’s an easy one-pan meal perfect for weeknights or special occasions. Serve it with pasta, roasted veggies, or mashed potatoes for a comforting, restaurant-quality dish!
Ingredients
- For the Chicken:
- Chicken – 4 small/medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Seasoning – Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp, for pan-frying
- For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves, minced
- Cream – 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
- Italian Seasoning – 1 tbsp or oregano
- Parmesan Cheese – ½ cup, grated
- Spinach (Optional) – 1 cup, chopped
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Lower heat and add minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in cream, stirring continuously.
Stir in Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
If using, add chopped spinach and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Return cooked chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top.
Let it simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Serve hot with pasta, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
