Ingredients
Pasta – 8 oz (your choice, like penne or fettuccine)
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Onion – ½ cup, finely chopped
Garlic – 3-4 cloves, minced
Butter – 1 tbsp
Chicken Breasts – 1 lb, cut into bite-sized pieces
Italian Seasoning – ½ tsp
Smoked Paprika – ½ tsp
Red Pepper Flakes – ½ tsp
Garlic Powder – ½ tsp
Salt & Black Pepper – ½ tsp each
Heavy Cream – 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese – ½ cup, grated
Sun-Dried Tomatoes – ½ cup, chopped
Basil Leaves – For garnish
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onions & garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant (about 2 minutes).
Stir in butter, then add chicken pieces.
Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and pour in heavy cream.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated.
Let everything simmer for 1-2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
