- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
1. Cook the Lobster Ravioli
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes or until they float).
- Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth.
