Description
A refreshing and naturally sweetened iced tea, perfect for sunny days. Made with ripe mango and a touch of honey for a tropical twist!
Ingredients

2 black tea bags (or 2 tsp loose leaf tea)

1 ripe mango (or frozen mango cubes)

4 cups water (divided)

2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes, for serving

Optional: Mango slices, for garnish
Instructions
1. Brew the Tea

Boil 2 cups of water.

Add the tea bags to a large pitcher and pour the hot water over them.

Steep for about 10 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
2. Make the Mango Puree

In a saucepan, combine the remaining 2 cups of water with the diced mango.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Mash the mango into a puree as it cooks.
3. Strain & Sweeten

Strain the mango puree into the tea pitcher.

Add honey and stir well until fully dissolved.
4. Chill & Serve

Let the tea cool to room temperature or refrigerate until chilled.

Serve over ice, garnished with mango slices if desired.
