Tips for the Perfect Mango Iced Tea

  • Choose Ripe Mangoes: For the sweetest, most flavorful tea, use ripe, juicy mangoes.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Taste before serving and adjust honey to your liking.
  • Make it Ahead: Prepare in advance and keep chilled for up to 2–3 days.
  • Use Cold Brew Tea: For a smoother flavor, steep the tea bags in cold water overnight.
  • Extra Smoothness: For a smoother texture, blend the mango puree before straining.

Variations

  • Mint Mango Iced Tea: Add a few sprigs of fresh mint to the tea as it steeps.
  • Sparkling Mango Tea: Top off your iced tea with sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
  • Citrus Boost: Add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice for extra zing.
  • Berry Blend: Add a handful of berries when simmering the mango for a fruity fusion.
  • Coconut Mango Iced Tea: Replace half the water with coconut water for tropical vibes.
